How do you trade Pokemon on Pokemon firered?

There is many ways but first you need to go up the escalator at any Pokemon center then up there there is three ladies, if you have a wireless adapter you can talk to the middle lady and she will direct you into the union room in here you can trade with another firered or leafgreen or even emerald if you have another wireless adapter just go to the lady in the room and register the Pokemon you want to trade and your friend will do the rest. If you have a GBA to GBA link cabel ( GBA SP's work too) then talk to the lady at the far right she will ask you if you want to go in the trade center or colosseum pick trade center and your friend with another firered or leafgreen or sapphire or ruby can trade with you, colosseum is for battling another firered or leafgreen or ruby or sapphire or even emerald. IF you have a wireless adapter you CAN also trade by talking to the far right lady there will be another option called berry crush with a another firered or leafgreen or emerald you can crush berries into powder if you have the powder jar and with the powder you can receive various things such as hp up or pp up. THATS not all you can also trade by using a GCN (gamecube) to GBA ( GBASP works too) cable to trade with Pokemon colosseum or Pokemon xd gale of darkness! NOTE: need to beat the game in firered and leafgreen and emerald and ruby and sapphire and Pokemon colosseum and Pokemon xd gale of darkness and get the national dex in firered, leafgreen, ruby, emerald, sapphire!

You need a Link Cable that is a cable that connects 2 GBA's to eachother, and you would need another Pokemon FireRed, Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon Ruby, or Pokemon Emerald game.
