In order to trade on Wi-Fi with Diamond and Pearl, you first need to exchange Friend Codes then just head down into the basement of any Pokémon Center and talk to the receptionist in the middle who will connect you to Wi-Fi. From there 1 of you just needs to select the "Trade" option and the other person will have to select your name from their menu.
No (unless you trade through platinum first)

You can trade, battle, and have voice chats with your friends over Wifi in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, but to do so you need to know your friends' Friend Codes, and your friends need to know your Friend Code.

No, emulators of any kind may not get WiFi. You should simply buy a DS, or else you will not get the full thrill of a game.
As a matter of fact you can. Heartgold and Soulsilver can interact with Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum the same way as they interact among themselves.
