You can transfer Pokemon from Platinum to Pokemon White.
You will need 2 DS'.
You will need to have defeated the Elite Four, and have the National Dex.
Go to Route 15, and go to the Poke' Transfer Lab.
Put your DS with Platinum on DS Download Play.
Wait until the Pokemon White Thing comes on.
Click on it.
When it loads select the Pokemon you want to transfer.
After you pick you will do a mini-game to get the Pokemon off.
You may repeat this mini-game as much as you like.

∙ 12y agoYou can't exactly "trade" Pokèmon from Platinum to White.
First, you need to have unlocked White Forest (or Black City for Pokèmon Black users). Then you go west on to the Route EAST of Marvelous Bridge. There should be a building in the middle of the Route.
Go inside, and talk to the man at the top of the stairs. You will need another DS or DSi with your Platinum game in it.
Talk to the man until it is waiting for your other DS or DSi. Turn the other one on and go to DS Download Play. Make sure the Pokèmon in your party are not the ones you want to Transfer.
Once you have chosen six Pokèmon, you go to this place where you "catch" Pokèmon by throwing Pokèballs out with a slingshot. It is eru tricky; as Pokèmon move quickly through the bushes.
