You can go to Mount Silver and fight him. He has a level 88 Pikachu, and other Pokemon in the 80's. If this is too hard, then train at Mount Silver because there are many strong Pokemon there and while you do that, leave two Pokemon's at the daycare centre for a while and they will level up.
