Go to fist of guthix and use the first move, NOT lumbridge tele though. You lvl up in magic really fast in Fist Of Guthix. It also gives you free runes which you would use to use the magic moves.
Also, non-combat magic spells have more exp than combat spells, but the objects they affect are usually banned from Fist of Guthix, so you must by your own runes
for a lower level and a cheaper option, you could use curses, your aim is to find a monster (like the zamorak wizard in varrock castle) to keep casting curse on and hoping to splash so u get exp, u don't actually want it cast the spell on them because then u have to wait for it to wear out, so it best to cast curse in magic negative Armour like dhide or melee armour.
Another way is to alc, this is a more expensive option but the fastest
There is no "magic mage" on RuneScape. There are various ways to train magic, and there are various mages, or wizards.
Train on the Demon at the Wizard's Tower, top floor.
just use that option under the crossed swords.
A Rune Crossbow is better to train Range with than Magic Short, Long or composite bow.
You need to train Attack, Strength, Defence, Magic, Prayer, Constitution(Life points), Summoning and Ranged. I prefer to train Magic because if you include the level 10 Constitution bonus, then at level 99 magic your combat level will be no lower than 50

There is no magic planks in runescape. Only plank, oak plank, teak plank and mahogany plank.
