if u beat the elite four you can challenge the Pokemon league again that's a good way to train.
but if u get action replay u can use the code for exp. cheats then use super exp.
your Pokemon's will get 9999xp if you defeat a wild Pokemon and 14988xp if u defeat a trainer...
