there is no proper training

If you want a good way to get the most out of your horse, search what other methods breeders have used.

To gain skills you Can click on the buttons to train, ride, lesson, and compete. Choose a time to do this for, or a type of discipline in the case of competitions. To get 100 BLUP you need to max out all the skill points in your horse's top 3 skills depending on his breed. So keep training, riding and competing until you cannot gain any more skill from them.
