What the heck?
You cant train your legs... but here are for all the people that want to know why the sky is blue:
The sky is not actually blue, its brown and white. The clouds make the sky look blue with the shades of the sun. But yes, the sky is brown. The only way to see it brown is to go to the arctic because the sun doesn't appear that much.

Well if it were me I would train my legs as much as I can in fact I would train the day I heard about the marathon.
That's my answer
Why on earth would you want to? It is hardly necessary, and in the long run the habit of crossing legs is unhealthy.
first you will have to stretch a lot i mean a lot every day. second you will have to get surgery on legs and get robot legs. then you might have a chance you're mean.... WHY DONT YOU GET ROBOT LEGS!
athletes would train there muscule for their legs and arms be stronger need to swim couple laps to be a stronger swimmer
well first lift weights to get strength on your arms. then get a punching bag and train. also you could jog to get endurance on your legs.
Jogging it. But to run a good and efficient race your legs will have acid no matter what. So you will need to train harder to get your legs use to it.
if you want to know how to strengthen your arm for baseball spread your legs each throw you make
He's always had legs so he doesn't 'get them', but you must mean which episode does he have surgery so his legs work... that would be Season 6|Episode 3 Believe It Or Not Joe's Walking On Air
It's possible, if the guinea pig has been train ever since it were little.
No. Locomotion is simply the ability to move place to place. It does not matter how many legs--or no legs; or whether person, animal, reptile, spider, etc. In fact, a locomotive on the railroad, a train, can move place to place.
weight train to strengthen your arms and legs and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, eventually all those shot will go in
