EnYou used to be able to train them by going to a training page in V2 and V1. You could also battle them. In V2 the battle system went down, and stilll hasn't come back, and in V3 (current website), the traoning has been taken down "temporarily". Of course so were the battles, and they're still broken 2 years later.
So to answer your question: for now you can't.

How can you feed your pets in Rescreatu?
You can feed your creatu by going on your profile. Then click on "select pet" on the stats of the creatu you want to feed. You then go to your inventory and click on the desired bit of food.
