The only option you have in order to trade (or transfer) Arceus to Pokémon HeartGold with only 1 DS and you can't use the GTS for it is you'll have to ask people online if they can help you with trading your Arceus over to your Pokémon HeartGold game, there is no other way to trade a Pokémon from Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum over to HeartGold with the use of only 1 Nintendo DS.
