Okay, first you know how on the title screen where it says "Connect to Pokewalker". Go on that, and it will ask you what Pokemon you want to transer, then aim the pokewalker's infrared sensor thing 2 inches away from the DS infra red sensor and go on CONNECT. And Tadah!. And to transfer it back to the DS box on the PokeWalkerConnectionScreen and press and hold Down+X+L
