you have to take both phones into the sprint store and they have codes and stuff to put on your cell phones and it will carry over. but both screens need to be visible.
When you say transfer what do you mean ? As in transferring contacts ? If so you should always have your phone company Sprint , T-Mobile , Verizon etc to transfer all your contacts with there wonderful machine . Also if you don't really want to go to your phone company I believe a good place is Radio Shack !
