Out of the box there is no quick and easy way to accomplish this.If you wish to carry out this task it must be done individually which if you have a large phone book could take quite a while. Here is how to do it:# Go to your 'Address Book' # Choose the name you wish to send and click the 'Blackberry' button # Scroll down to 'Send as Attachment' # Enter your 'To' field information# Click 'Blackberry' button and select 'Send' NOTE: Prior to sending you can attach more address cards by carrying out the following:# Click the 'Blackberry' button # Scroll to and select 'Attach Address' # Select your new address to attach # Then carry on as normal with the sending. This is a very long winded way but as standard is the only way to do it direct.Alternatives:There are a few alternative that will work and might make it easier.* Synchronize with a home computer this will link both handsets to the same book. * User 3rd party software available from 'handango.'
If you go to AT+T, they will be able to transfer them for you. They did it for me absolutely free.
Dock it to your computer and do a fully backup.
