ONLY MIGRATE POKEMON YOU DONT NEED IN RUBY!!!! tap on the ones that have pokeballs attached and migrate. now play pearl and go to the man with the hard hat in the room and talk to him say ok to what he says and you should enter pal park . run in grass and surf to find the Pokemon with pokeballs.
