To transfer the sea chart in the temple to your map, open the map up so your map is on the bottom screen and the map you want to copy is on the top. Close your DS. Now open it again. You just transferred the sea chart.

That means you have to tap "sea chart" in the lower right of the screen. Then you close your ds and open it again. Then you leave and go to the spot in the sea on your sea chart where the green thing is and use the salvage arm. If you get the chest you get the sun key.
