Contact T-mobile and ask them for a Port Authorization Code (PAC) - they shouldn't charge you for it. Once you have it, call AT & T and give them the PAC - they will set you up on their network, and you'll start getting your service (and bills) from them. You should receive a final bill from T-Mobile within 28 days of you ending your service.
