Japanese does not have a word for 'crazy'. However, some people convert the English word in Japanese symbols and it ends up being pronounced as "kureijii". In other situations, the word for stupid/idiotic or the word for funny/interesting is used.

クレイジーな人 "Kureijii na hito" (English "crazy" is used)

馬鹿な人 "Baka na hito" ("Stupid/idiotic" is used)

面白い人 "Omoshiroi hito" ("Funny/interesting" is used)

If you mean 'insane, crazy' you could say 頭が変 /a ta ma ga hen/ meaning literally 'weird in the head' or 頭がおかしい /a ta ma ga o ka shii/ meaning 'nuts, insane' or use the verb 狂う /ku ru u/.

If you mean crazy in sense of 'excessive enthusiasm' you could use 夢中 /mu chuu/ or 狂おしい /ku ru o shii/ or the verb 熱狂する /ne-kkyou su ru/ meaning 'to be wild/crazy/fanatic about'.
