How do you travel to the gnome town as a night elf in wow?

The easiest way would be to create a Blood Elf...

However, if you are on an alliance character and you are trying to get there, you need to go up into the Eastern Plaguelands and travel north trough the pass into the Ghostlands. from the Ghostlands continue north to Eversong woods, continue north until you reach the Silvermoon Ruins, go through the ruins and go north west to sunstrider Isle. below are the 3 corresponding maps...

Firstly you have to get to about level 5 or 6 so that you can get to the place with a flight path. Then get the hypogrif to Darnanususs. Once your there go through the pink portal to the left of the Flight Master. Then walk forwards and get the boat when it arrives.

Once in stormwind, you'll need to go to the dwaven District and go to the far end (to the right). If you find that then look for the giant gear thing, that outlines the tunnel. Walk through there.

When your screen loads you'll see a staiton. You may or may not have to wait, but you shoul'd see a tram looking thing. Get on that. Its a bit of a long ride but when you arrive, walk off and then go through the tunnel again. When your screen loads you should be in Iron Forge, (or the snowy area that has a path to iron forge)

NOTE: the gnome's share the same capital city with the dwarfs!

Take a gryphon from Darnassus to Auberdine (it's free) - go out on the Dock - take a left at the intersection and wait there for the next boat hop on and VOILA - there you are.

Head to the Night Elf captial city and take the portal to the little village. then take the boat to the next area. there you will find three ships, one will take you to stormwind.
