If your hamster's ear is swollen like a blister you should take it to the vet. It likely has an infection that if left untreated will kill it.
take it to the vet if by 1week it does not begin to not be as puffy in that area
Do not (NOT!) touch your hamster's leg or the blister. Bring your hamster to the vet ASAP! You can't treat this by yourself if there is a blister bubble on it.
From what I found out, they heal on their own. They will either drag their leg forever or it can go back to full use.

Hamsters can get ear infections. It may come from cleaning its ears to much or you rough housing it. Hamsters ears are very fragile. Some remedies you can try though if ear infection dose occur is dab a little bit of worm water on a soft cloth and gently rub it on your hamsters ear or get medication from a vet. but whatever you do don't get rid of it or drown it in water. Animals should NOT experience that kind of abuse.
