If you are talking about genital warts go to the doctor to get them frozen. Remember they do come back within a certain amount of time, months,years or mabye even a decade but for certain they will come back. As for general warts( e.g ones you get on your face,fingers etc) you just go to the chemist and buy freezing cream. Apply it and within a few days the wart should shrivel up and die. As for it returning I don't think it will.
