Those window motors have inside them what are called torque pins. They are 3 plastic pieces that are designed to sheer off if something causes the window to not close. If your motor spins and doesn't move the window, chances are these pins are the culprit, they are very easy to replace only requiring you to remove a metal plate around the gear.
You can buy them from your usual Mustang Restoration stores.
p.s. when you remove the window motors drill 3 holes big enough for a 8 mm socket to fit through in the door skin where the bolts are and it will make your life much easier.
Hope this helps

Make sure the window lock button is not ON. Simple, I know. But I dissected the passenger door before I figured this out.
Check power to window switch. Common cause. Check power to window motor. If none then check fuses/relays.
First of all check fuses. It is unclear what you mean by door not operating. As far as the window, it is typically the drive gear that falls apart. I have replace 4 of them (both on two separate LSCs). It is not terribly difficult, but it is a little tricky. The door panel has to be removed and if never done before, it will require two holes to be drilled to access the mounting bolts for the window motor. If you are still game for the mission let me know by another post on this question. TKG

Begin by removing the 1994 Chevy passenger side door panel. Remove the window motor wiring harness. Remove the window motor linkage. Remove the window motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new window motor.
There is only one fuse for all power windows. If only the passenger side window does not work, the problem is either with the passenger window switch or the motor on that window.
HOW DO I REPLACE WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ON PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW
The switch could be bad at the passenger seat. The switch could be bad at the passenger seat.
Get a wire tester and start at the window motor. If it has electricity going to the motor, then the motor is burned out. No electricity, follow the wire to the switch (and so on).
the fastest way t o rule out any relays is to get at the window motor and give it a tap with a small hammer. If the motor works after that then the problem is with the window motor. the window motor should then be replaced!!!!
9 outta 10 times it will be a bad power window motor. I rarely see the window switch go bad.
