For users of Word 07, all you need to do is select the picture (just click it) and then click-and-hold on to the green circle and move the pointer in the direction in which you want the picture to flip.
Click on it and you will see green circle on top of image, go closer to circle with cursor and cursor will change shape to arrow. Move around with mouse to rotate or go to Format tab and look for rotate

Yes, users and people can mount iso images in microsoft word with the proper image formatting. As long as the formatting for the image is compatible with microsoft word you should have no problem mounting the image.

If you are wanting to track image with a 360 degree rotate video you will have to get VLC media player. After getting the VLC media player you can rotate videos and play them.
