There could be two causes for this. The first is the fuse is getting weak and the second is the relay isn't working.
It's a triangular button on the middle of the dashboard, and it will turn off the flashers if the alarm is accidentally set off (the key fob alarm button will only turn off the horn beeping, not the flashers, if you accidentally push the key fob alarm button.)
To the right hand side of the steering column behind the fascia, down quite low.
it needs to be replaced
changed the air idle control solenoid
I saw in other places that yes it does have separate flashers.
starter.......if it makes a turn over noise than its the altanator
Put the key in the lock and turn it to unlock the door.
Checked power steering fluid level? May need to top it off.
