You take your foot off the brake pedal.
Take out the side indicator light assembly (which is most difficult part) and then replace the bulb.
The turn signal relay on a 1999 Toyota Avalon is located in the main fuse panel. This can be located under the dash, near the hood release.
im not a professional but that's happenned before i my 97 Avalon and we replaced the ignition switch.its about 80 dollars and very easy to replace yourself.

I believe you turn the traction control on or off on some cars. If you Avalon is like this,there should be a switch around the instrument cluster. Refer to the owners manual. Ask a dealer.
You need to refill the container with windshield fluid. If you do so, the light will go off.
replace the break light bulbs?
I guess it would depend on how you reset your cars computer?? Did the dealers do it?(witch i recomend). or did you just dissconect the battery for a couple of minutes?? Or maybe you have to get a diagnostics done, too see if there is something you are not aware of. Good luck!
You have to remove the cover for the third lite by poping the cover off using a small screw driver. Be carfull not to crack it because the plastic cover should be a little britle. At this point you will see the socket mounted inside the lens housing. Turn the socket clockwise for about a quarter of a turn and the light will come out with the socket. Replace the bulb, seat the socket, replace the cover and your done.
