You may need to replace the hubs on one or more front wheels, along with the brake shoes and/or rotors. The ABS sensor also is on the hubs and can become loose or dirty. Try cleaning the sensor and checking the hubs with your local mechanic first before putting a lot into it - avoid the dealer because it is an easy fix that they like to make out to be something complicated.
