The air suspension automatically turns off when all the wheels are not on the ground. However, you can also leave a door or hatch open too to disable the air suspension on a Range Rover.

It sounds like the vechile is in low range, shift back to high range. or possibly a fault with the air suspension system. maybe you have locked the air suspension in crawl mode

maybe because the pump whcih is located under the spare tire in the trunk or the fuse itself is not working properly. It could also be that the air suspension is gone bad.

It means that for some reason your suspension ECU could not raise or lower your vehicle to what it felt was the appropriate height and therefore shut off the system to spare the other parts from being damaged. Could be leaking bag or bad valve block or stuck valve. The only way to reset code is with Testbook or some other range rover compatible software system. Dealer charges $100.
