The turn signal flasher is a three prong plug in on a Toyota Rav4. It is located under the dash on the driver's side of most Toyota vehicles. Take the old plug out and insert the new one.
The diff lock is switched or stuck on, when you turn the outside wheels have to travel further than the inside ones, the diff lock stops this happening and can damage the car if used like this on tarmack, only use the diff lock if you are off road and in difficulty of losing traction.

Airbags turn on at 108 pounds on the passenger side of a Rav 4. This differs from model to model.
You will need to take it into a mechanic. They will be able to check out your vehicle and then they can turn off the light.
Could be a couple of things: tires, cv joint, wheel bearing, or a lion.
If you are in a rough-terrain area, you can press the "lock" button and it will turn on. Once you hit 25 miles and hour, the computer will turn that off and not turn 4WD back on until it senses that it needs to (slipperiness, etc.).
Have you checked the spare tire yet? I hear that if the spare is too low the light will stay on.
It is easy. Turn the key to the accessory position and depress the retainer pin located about an inch and a quarter from the front of the lock on the bottom.
Continuously turn in in a complete 360 degree angle until it clicks and you can no longer turn it. Then to release it, insert the key and turn it to (acce) and turn it until it unlocks.
