In Windows Xp here is how I do it...inelegant, but works!
1) Push Ctrl-Alt-Delete at the same time (this starts Windows Security Window)
2) Click on Task Manager button
3) Click on Applications Tab
4) Click on magicjack
5) Click on End Task button
Magicjack then shuts down and your computer remains on...hope this helps.
