- Press and hold the Start button. The hours will begin to cycle.
After the hours reach 23, they will switch to 12-hour mode and continue to cycle from 12A through 11P.
If you continue to hold the Start button the hours will continue to switch between 12- and 24-hour mode after every 24 hours.
