Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and press the Pause/Break button to bring up the Control Panel->System window. On the left you should see a list of options. Click on the one that says "System protection." This will open a System Properties window, which may take a minute or two to completely load. Once it finishes, you will see all your hard drives listed near the bottom of the window. Simply remove the check mark next to any drive that you do not want protected by system restore.
