Hold the mode button down until setting changes to alarm and starts flashing.
Press the mode button again to switch to time. Use the SPL/Reset and ST/STOP buttons to change the time and switch between the seconds, minutes, hours, date, month, day.
Press the mode button again to make it stop flashing. And your time should be set.
Press and hold the MODE button (bottom left) for approximately 3 seconds.
When the Alarm set time starts flashing, you can use the SPL./RET. button (bottom right) to toggle through the alarms hour.
To switch between the hour and minute alarm options, simpy press the ST./STP. button (top right).

in the normal time mode, hold down the left button and then press the right button to toggle on/off the hourly alarm and other alarm...
To turn the alarm off once it has started ringing you can push the left button on the bottom of the watch. If you are trying to set the alarm so it does not ring at all, I cannot help - I need that infomration.
To set the time, depress the MODE button until the TIME option appears. Then press the SET button, followed by MODE again. Then, press the START/STOP button to set the correct hour. Press MODE again and use START/STOP again to set the minutes.

I also do sprints for my track team. I think the best way to do this would be to double your time and add one second. the other way is just have someone time you in a 60m dash. shouldn't take longer than 9 seconds give or take ;)
Day traders will usually use 1m, 5m, 15m or 30m time frames. Which time frame to choose is depends on the trader's character, an aggressive trader will probably use the 1m and 5m, a more serene trader will probably use the 15m or 30m.
