you cann't just turn it off, it's telling you you have a lamp out. check the lamps to see where it's at. Do you have the HID aftermarket lights?

Just hold the mileage reset button in then turn on the ignition whilst the button is depressed. hold it for about 30 seconds, release. turn off ignition, restart car. It should have reset by then. If not try here a great forum for Skoda owners. http:/briskoda.net
At the very bottom of the dashboard just to the left of the steering wheel there is a pushbutton - after making sure your tires are propery inflated, INCLUDING THE SPARE TIRE, turn on the ignition and depress the pushbutton and hold for 5-10 seconds. This should re-set the low tire pressure warning light.
the horseshoe shaped light is your low tire pressure warning light. check your tire pressure in all of your tires. the light will turn off once the tires are at the proper PSI.
