then
Alt+U+U
the last sequence means keeping the "Alt" key press while hitting the "U" letter 2 times.

This is in Windows Xp task manager if you look up the shortcuts of that window. It may vary on other windows OS versions but i think is the same for the majority of them.
Actually you should try windows key(its the key to the left of your space bar that has a flag on it) then U twice. but it doesnt work on windows 7
