Go to the Maplestory official website and then enter in your user name and password. Once your logged in hit the start game button. It is orange with a orange mushroom and red snail on it...the button should be on top of the log in area. After you click that if Maplestory is working Ahnlab Hack Shield will pop up and you maplestory screen will load. Hope this helped ^_^
