Finally, Finally, Finally, with no help from DELL Try the following: Go to START / CONTROL PANEL / SYSTEM / HARDWARE tab Click on the DEVICE MANAGER Go down to SOUND, VIDEO, and GAME controllers and RIGHT Click on SIGMATEL Choose PROPERTIES. Go to the DRIVER tab and Click on UPDATE DRIVER. Answer NO to the Windows Update question. Choose "INSTALL FROM LIST OR SPECIFIC LOCATION". Hit NEXT and then choose "DON'T SEARCH, I WILL CHOOSE DRIVER I WANT TO INSTALL". You will get a list of SIGMATEL DRIVERS. UNCHECK the box that says "SHOW COMPATIBLE HARDWARE". Select INTELL, Then Select "INTEL AC 97 AUDIO CONTROLLER", XP replaces the SigmaTel diver with the INTEL AC97. To reinstall the SigmaTel just select ROLLBACK DRIVER. Thank you TOM Regards, Erik
Go to the Skype settings click on Tools and then Options. Click on Audio Settings and select your microphone from the dropdown menu and this should activate the microphone and you should only have to do that one time.
A person can turn the microphone on a Dell Latitude by first going to the control panel and selecting Sounds and Audio devices. Then, they will need to click the box for the internal microphone.
You can turn on the microphone on a Dell Insiron n5100 laptop by going to the control panel, sound, and then recording. The microphone is then selected and the volume raised to desired levels.
Right click the speakers icon then "recording devices". From the control screen select enable devices. The internal microphone should be checked if not check it. It should be active for use.

There is no Dell Inspiron 1454. Without the proper model number of your laptop, it is impossible to instruct you on how to enable Bluetooth on your particular model.
There is NO back-lit keyboard available for the Dell 15r-5537 laptop!
if you have a dell inspiron laptop like I do . Look where the keys F7 F8 and F9 are and a volume thing should be on them . Hope this helps ! (:
Well an easy way is to open up sound recorder and click record and once you play it back you hear sound its in there if not then it doesn't
You could try changing it from BIOS settings, my dell inspiron laptop has an option there. There is also a setting on windows mobility center (press windows logo button + x).
Your question is very vague. To "rotate" something, you grab it and turn it in a different direction.
Most Dell Studio 15s don't come with bluetooth installed. You can buy a bluetooth notebook card for best performance, or a bluetooth USB device for dirt cheap.
Turn it off and turn it back on or restart it.
Depends on how much RAM the card has. Also depends on what kind of processor you are running and also how much RAM your laptop has. I'm sure if you turn the graphics settings down low you could run it.
Please bring me that microphone. Harold, turn up the microphone.
Press the PS button in the middle of your PS3 controller, go to "Accessories," then to "Manage Mic." Be sure to register your microphone while you press the power button.
