To unblock sites from Safe Eyes, you need to have administrator privileges on your computer. Open the Safe Eyes application, go to the "Settings" or "Preferences" section, and look for the "Blocked Sites" or similar option. From there, you can remove the blocked sites or add exceptions to whitelist certain websites.

Unfortunately it's the ISP's (your internet providers) in China that are blocking the sites not the computer.
If you are trying to view blocked web pages, a quick and easy method is to use a proxy. A proxy can be thought of as a "middle-man" who you request a particular (blocked) web page from, and then "he" sends it to you, thus tricking Safe Eyes into thinking the web page came from a non-blocked location. Do a web search for a list of proxy sites and try newer ones until you find one that works. However, be warned: Safe Eyes is wise to this proxy tactic, and as such, is constantly updated with lists of popular proxy sites, so this method will only work with proxy sites that are not on Safe Eyes's "bad list". Just keep trying until you find one that works.
If you need to unblock websites at school, you should speak with your school's IT department or administration for assistance. They can provide guidance on what is and isn't allowed on the school's network. Engaging in unauthorized activities could result in disciplinary action.
One will have to go into their settings on their Mozilla FireFox browser to unblock YouTube. Once in the settings go to blocked sites and remove it from that list. That should clear up the problem. If it doesn't, one may need to completely uninstall and re-install Firefox.
No sites are safe. Dont use the net. McAfee is good protection
