If I understand your question correctly, you are asking about the payout in relation to the amount bet.
If you are playing a slot machine with 5 winlines, there will be a "per line" bet. Usually, the payout displayed is a multiple of the line bet... So, if you bet 1 coin per line and the payout table shows a win with a 200x multiplier, hitting that win would pay (200 x 1) 200 coins.
Because you are betting on 5 lines at a time, the per spin cost would be 5 coins.
Some slot machines have "scatter" symbols. The payouts for these vary from a multiple of the total bet, to special bonus games. An example of the former case would be if the scatter win paid 10, on the wager of 1 coin per line and five lines played, the win for the scatter would be (1 coin x 5 lines x 20) 100 coins.
Hope this helps!

You can buy slot machines at slot machine retailers, which are located under various names throughout the country. However, slot machine use is not legal in every state and therefore may not sell to you if you live in a state where use is not permitted.
You can't tell! It is all random. No one can tell exactly when a slot machine will hit...not even the manufacturer of the machine.
