If your Sim is pregnant there is no possible way to keep her from having the baby. If you really do not want the baby, then you can choose to neglect the baby and Child Services will come and take the baby away. Or you could use 'testingcheatsenabled true' and age the Sim up to be able to be moved out of the house.
