You can't. It's a one way ticket. Just delete everything on it and re-use the cd. I'm kinda glad and disappointed at the same time. I'm glad that I won't need to re-format it but at the same time, I wish I could just put it with all the other blank cds. Well, here's my advice(and im not trying to be rude): DEAL WITH IT!

One can unformat a hard drive by using free software from webpage such as 'icare-recovery'. Alternatively, one could ask a computer specialist to unformat a hard drive.
You need to download and install the unformat software on your PC. Then connect the memory card you just formatted by accident and start to recovery.Note: chances are not 100% if you continue using the memory card.

In order to retrieve information from a drive that is been formatted and broken you will need to use two pieces of software. Use GetDataBack to access the broken drive and iCare Format Recovery to unformat your drive.
If the CD Player will not read the CD then either there is something wrong with the CD or the CD player or the CD or CD player needs to be cleaned.
the CD drive has lasers which read the CD, so the CD has pieces that can be read.
it mean there is no CD so make sure there is a CD in there

what are cd-cd? *a cd=compact disc
They can play Cd-r's , example : a Cd-r that was copied & or burned from a pc. But , They can not play CD'S / software CD's (made) for a pc. jkvssc
CD-Rs and CD+Rs are not, but CD-RWs and CD+RWs are. You will need to check your burner to see if you need + or -.
