First off, go see a doctor to be sure that its infected. If it is, they should prescribe some antibiotics to clear the infection up faster. If you aren't already, wear only surgical steel, titanium, or glass in it. Keep cleaning it with natural sea salt and water 2-3 times a day. Be very careful not to get hair products or anything in it. Keep your hair clean and off of your piercing. Don't use alcohol or witch hazel. Alcohol only makes things worse and makes the piercing raw.
