How do you uninstall Movie Maker 2.6 on Windows 7 when it won't show up in the programs and features or uninstall programs list and can I just simply delete it?

**ADDING ON TO THE QUESTION** Is the following safe to try and get rid of it?
1 Open Notepad.exe
Copy the following into it:

del "%SystemRoot%\system32\dllcache\*wmm*.dll"
del "%SystemRoot%\system32\dllcache\moviemk.exe"
del "%ProgramFiles%\Movie Maker\*.*"
rmdir /s "%ProgramFiles%\Movie Maker"
pause
2 save it as abc.bat
3 restart your computer in safe mode
4 run abc.bat
5 when prompted wheather to delete, type "y"
6 restart again
