1 Open Notepad.exe

5 when prompted wheather to delete, type "y"
6 restart again
Go to Contorl Panel>Programs and Features>Scroll down and you'll find Windows live Hotmail>Uninstall<
To uninstall Windows Movie Maker (or any programs):> Click Start> Control Panel> Programs> Programs and FeaturesA list will be generated. Find the program you want to uninstall and click Uninstall.
Go to the "Control Panel", select "Programs", under "Programs and Features", click "Uninstall a Program", select Skype from the menu which appears, then, above the program menu, select "Uninstall".
In windows 7 First you go to control panel and then programs and features and select Microsoft MSSQL Server and select uninstall. It is the same in previous windows versions.
Go to your control panel and click on Programs and Features. Double click Windows Live Essentials. If Windows needs permission click Continue. Click on Remove pone or more Windows Live programs. Check the programs you want to remove and click uninstall.

Generally I use the control panel to delete the program.if it doesn't work I will use uninstall toll to do it, it is evry useful!
on rollercoaster tycoon 3: down the side there is a picture of a bin. click on it and then 2 pictures will come off it: a picture of 1 bin and a picture of 3 bins. the 1 bin will delete one thing at a time and the 3 bins will delete more.

If that doesn't work, restart your computer and run it in Safe mode, that is, if that option is available to you. In Windows XP, open the start menu and click Help and Support. Another window will open. In the search box type: removing programs and click the one that says 'uninstall programs' there should be a link on the page that opens the Programs and Features. Or, type Programs and Features into the search on the start menu. ( Either one should work, but I'll need to check that tomorrow on our Windows XP computer.)
