Open your start menu. Open Control Panel. Find and open Uninstall A Program. Find any adobe program you want to uninstall and uninstall it.
In the Utilities folder within the Applications folder you should find either (or both) a folder called Adobe Installers which will have uninstallers for any Adobe software you have installed or the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager which, when run, will provide an Uninstall button to remove the Flash player from your system.

MS standard "Uninstall" will clear out the programme. However, a cleaner that wipes redundant registry files will also help

There is only one Adobe Flashplayer. If you have multiple versions installed, you only need the latest one. You can safely uninstall the other ones.
Go to Start-Settings-Control Panel-Programs-Add/Remove Programs-Find ADobe Reader in list-Click on Remove. The program will uninstall.
It automatically updates 7 you do not need to do a manual uninstall. Look for the "Print to Kinkos" icon in reader 8.1 ;-)

If you want to get rid of Adobe Reader, you must uninstall it.
