Also, it is bee coupons, i tried resetting chrome, resetting properties, deleting programs in control panel that may have installed it, and resetting extensions. Nothing seems to work and it is bugging me to no end. Thanks!

Is this your Firefox extension? If so, you can go to Tools->Add Ons, then find the greasomonkey extension and click the Uninstall button.
You cannot "uninstall" it. You can delete the partition it is installed on.
