Quite simple really, go to the start menu and open up control panel, once control panel has opened, look for the section saying "Programs". Underneath "programs" there are 2 options: uninstall a program, and, change startup programs. click uninstall a program and wait until all of the programs on your computer are in the list. Scroll down to the Sims 2, or any expansion packs you might want to get rid of, and click on it. Dialog boxes appear, click yes on all of them and viola! gone.
