Sadly, you can't. Evan Bourne was not on the roster when they created the wrestler list for the program. This explains how Big Daddy V is still in the game. The closest thing you can get to an Evan Bourne replica is going into the 'create a superstar' program, and customizing his moves, weight, looks, and such until you get the perfect Evan Bourne look-alike. This stinks, because Evan Bourne is my favorite wrestler, but Smackdown Vs. Raw 2009 has a pretty sweet-lookin' Shooting star press.
