well the only 2 ways u can find it is either look for it on a walk or u can use the action replay cheat get all items but some people are saying that if u use that cheat u will not be able to buy puppies anymore but i am not completley sure on that yet so i would say use the lucky coller and go on a walk and the lucky coller gives me rare items all the time and it really works.
