Use a key, if you lose the keys get a thin metal thing that will go through the top of the window and use that to unlock that lock thing inside the car. Don't have that, get a hammer and break in (bad idea, but no alarm going off!.) If you don't have a hammer ask a friend to borrow from. no friends, get some. cant do that, too bad.
By using your key to unlock the door.
Insert key in door lock and turn. Wa-la, car is unlocked.
Pull up the door lock button next to the door glass.
Just pull the hood release inside the car. Use your key to unlock the door.
Why will the key not unlock the door? If you are using the correct key it should unlock the door. Try both doors. If it will not work you need to call a locksmith to come and unlock the car door with a slim jim.
Replace the battery on your remote key. If you get the dealer to do it for you it is notoriously expensive. Did you try unlocking the passenger side with the key?
"To manually unlock the passenger door. Put key in passenger door keyhole, lift door handle while turning key clockwise." This happened to my daughter's car. I got this advice on bimmerfest.com and it works!!!
Yes.
Use the key to unlock it. The key is manually activated. Only the keyless entries will not work when the battery is dead.
how about using the KEY to manually unlock the door how about if the KEY does not work in the door because the battery is dead. The Plymouth breeze and similar will not open if the battery has been discharged. any suggestions as to how to charge the battery when you can't get into the car to pop the hood to access the charging points? thx
Use jump leads from another vehicle or charge your battery on the car
If the battery Is disconnect you must use the manual key entry on the door to get in.
