How do you unlock all dummy skins on dummy never fails?

Here is how to get all the skins and what skins they are. I am certain that this answer will satisfy your needs:

Basic Dummy - Start the game

Farmer - Complete ten levels

Tourist - Complete twenty levels

Cow - Complete thirty levels

Monster - Complete forty levels

Censored - Complete all fifty-two levels

Programmer - Open the credits once

Tanoku Fan - Visit Tanoku site

Sponsor - Visit Sponsor site

Muscleman - Submit your score after you have beaten all fifty-two levels

Mech - Your total pain is less than 780000

Afroman - Test a created level on the Level Editor

Sumotori - Load a created level on the Level Editor

Pilot - Send a small sized level from the Level Editor by going onto the Level Editor, creating a small sized level, clicking the save button and then clicking the send button

Commander - Send a medium sized level from the Level Editor by going onto the Level Editor, creating a small level, clicking the save button and then clicking the send button

FBI - Send a big sized level from the Level Editor by going onto the Level Editor, creating a big sized level, clicking the save button and then clicking the send button

Cowboy - Shoot 100 dummies out of the Dummy Launcher

Egyptian - Shoot 200 dummies out of the Dummy Launcher

Roman - Shoot 300 dummies out of the Dummy Launcher

Zombie - Shoot 400 dummies out of the Dummy Launcher

Rocco - Shoot 500 dummies out of the Dummy Launcher

Astronaut - Shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and out of the level area

Cudeiro - Get 99999 pain in one level

Cheerleader - Complete a level without pain

Orc - Get the circle symbol. Get it on Level 8 in the bottom left corner of the level. To get this symbol, you must shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and into the thruster pointing right before the circular goal comes down. If you did it correctly, your dummy would have gone into the thruster and gone to the left and slid across the estatic bar and into the circle symbol.

Barbarian - Get the weird looking symbol with five sides to it in a kind of star shape. You will find this symbol on Level 12 near the top right hand corner of the level next to a thruster pointing to the left. What you must do, is you got to shoot one dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and into the first thruster while dodging the moving platforms and going to the right of the second thruster and into the symbol

Football Player - Get the water droplet looking symbol. You will find this symbol on Level 14 near the top and above the circular goal on the right. To get the symbol, you must make the yellow and black movable bar on the right fall down out of the level area. Then, you must shoot the dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and into the thrusters and you should fly up into the symbol

Chinese - Get the club symbol. You will find this symbol on Level 9 just below the yellow and black movable bar. To get it, you must put 2-4 dummies on the left hand side of the yellow and black movable bar so it tips over with your dummies falling onto the symbol

Robot - Get the square symbol. You will find it on Level 20 above the yellow and black movable bar at the bottom. To get this symbol, you must first make the circular yellow and black movable ball to go down. It'll be harder for you if you finish the level and then try to get the square symbol as you won't be able to see the symbol anymore. After this, you must make the yellow and black movable bar at the top fall down giving you space to shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and through the gap at the top making the dummy fall down onto the square symbol

Pirate - Get the triangle symbol. It is located in Level 22 in the bottom right hand corner of the level. It is very simple to get and all you have to do is shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and through the gap in the level before or after the balls come down. If you succeeded, the dummy would have gone through the gap and into the triangle symbol

Yeti - Get the cross symbol. You will find it on Level 25 below the round circular goal and near the top right hand corner. To get the cross symbol, you must shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and into the symbol while dodging the moving platforms

Vampire - Get the star symbol. You will find it on Level 28 near the bottom of the level area and to the right of the two bars in the middle of the level. To get it, you must shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and through the gap at the top of the level area with enough power so that the dummy falls down onto the star symbol

Superhero - Get the hexagon symbol. You will find it on Level 34 at the very left of the level area. To get the hexagon symbol, you must get the bottom yellow and black movable bars to the bottom of the level area and out of the way. Then, you must shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and in between the two estatic squares and into the hexagon symbol

Gothic - Get the crescent moon symbol. You will find this on Level 39 near the bottom left hand corner of the level area. To get this symbol, you must quickly shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and into the symbol before the stuff falls down

Skeleton - Get the diamond symbol. You will find this symbol in Level 44 on the right of the estatic bar in the middle of the level area. To get the diamond symbol, you must shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and into the black and yellow movable ball on the left and make it fall down onto the lower estatic balls so it is out of the way. After this, shoot another dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and over the big estatic ball on the left and over the estatic bar in the middle with enough power so that the dummy lands on the diamond symbol.

Alien - Get the spade symbol. You will find this symbol in Level 51 near the top right hand corner of the level area. To get the spade symbol, you must shoot a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and shoot in between the thrusters with enough power so that the dummy lands on the 2nd last and 3rd last thrusters of the bottom row of the thrusters making the dummy fly up into the spade symbol

Now here are the secret skins which are the ones with the question marks for how to get them:

Artist - Open the credits twice

Rocker - Mute the music at the main menu

Orchestra Leader - Mute the sound at the main menu

Soldier - Visit the High Scores Ranking

White dummy - Test an empty level on the Level Editor

Polygon Mesh - Clear a level on the Level Editor

Mummy - Edit a level on the Level Editor which has thrusters

Demon - Shoot 666 dummies out of the Dummy Launcher

Office Worker - Complete a level using the Random skin

Clown - Complete a level in slow motion

Prisoner - Stop shooting dummies out of the Dummy Launcher for twenty seconds

Stickman - Play the game ten times (or keep on refreshing the page until you get the Stickman skin

Bear - Shoot ten dummies out of the Dummy Launcher after you have completed a level

Bizarre - Get the love heart symbol. You will find it on Level 42 by shooting a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and along the bottom of the level area until the dummy has gone into the thruster and out of the level area. When the dummy has gone out of the level area, you would have unlocked the Bizarre skin

Samurai - Get the pentagon symbol. You will find it on Level 38 by shooting a dummy out of the Dummy Launcher and up in between the two bars in the middle without the thruster in it. If some stuff starts coming down and nothing has happened, shoot again with four dummies and you will find out that you've unlocked the Samurai skin.

You have to do tricks or do stuff like shoot yourself out of screen and land back to get Astronaut skin. Other things unlock other skins.
