Somewhere on the SD Card there should be a little switch on the edge of it that you can slide up and down. It controls the locking feature. Hope this helps.
But if moving the slide switch doesn't help, there are several other possible causes for "memory card locked", "memory card error", or "no memory card". Some include trying to use a 4GB SDHC card with an older camera made before SDHC format came out. Others include problems with the tiny slide switch on the side of the card, or the electrical contact switch internal to the camera. The problem may also arise from simple formatting problems if the card has never been formatted in the camera (note that this will also erase the card). Troubleshooting tips for this problem may be found at the below related link.
Hold the card so the angled corner is at the right top. On the left side, about 1/3rd down from the top edge, you should see an indentation on the card and a small piece of plastic that moves up and down within the indentation. Use your fingernail to move it. I believe all cards are locked if the piece of plastic which is really a switch is down and unlocked if it is up. For those who have never noticed this, moving the switch down prevents accessing the card except to read whatever is recorded on the card.
check on the side where there is a little white thing. slide it up.
by unlocking it.
flick the switch on the side
take out your sd card and look on the side of your sd card and you will see a little slider thing and it will tell you which way to unlock it and which way to lock and put on the side where it says to unlock it.
There should be a little white switch on the side of the card. Flick that switch in either direction (depending which) to unlock/lock your SD card.
