You have to find the key (down inside the water fountain by your blimp) and there is a guy holding it. for the combination of the water fountain, go to the goth girl in the windmill. When you have it, click on the thing on the water fountain with the planets and type in the three in the order on the page. then go down and get the key. Hope this helped!
